Liu Jiayi, male, Han nationality, is a native of Kaixian County, Chongqing Municipality. He was born in 1956 and joined CPC in 1976. He spent all his career life in audit affairs. In 2011, he became Chairman of the United Nations Board of Auditors. From 2008 to 2017 is was Auditor-General of National Audit Office. He was a member of the 18th CPC Central Committee. In 2017 Liu became Secretary of the Shandong CPC Party Committee and a member of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
